Not long ago, I had the pleasure of visiting Sigona Golf Club, located just 20 minutes from Nairobi along the Naivasha highway in Kiambu, Kenya. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The stunning surroundings of lush fairways 🌳 beckoned me to explore the 18-hole championship course 🏆, which is renowned for its challenging yet enjoyable holes.

The first thing that struck me was the impeccable condition of the course. The greens were in excellent shape, providing a smooth and exciting golfing experience. After teeing off, I took a moment to soak in the breathtaking scenery. As a golf enthusiast, the tranquil environment allowed me to truly unwind while enjoying a game I love.

During my visit around noon, I decided to take a break at the clubhouse. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home. The menu features an array of delicious options, and based on the glowing reviews I had read, I couldn’t resist trying one of their highly recommended dishes. I went for the grilled chicken, which came with a fresh garden salad and a side of aromatic rice, all for an exceptionally reasonable price. The moment I took my first bite, I understood why so many rave about the food at Sigona. It was top-notch, bursting with flavor, and beautifully plated. I even caught a glimpse of a waiter, who was genuinely attentive, ensuring all guests felt well taken care of throughout the meal.

After lunch, I decided to take a dip in their refreshing swimming pool. The cool water was a perfect way to relax and recharge before heading back to the course.
